Purpose Statement

The Winooski Valley Cooperative Educational Service Area (CESA) brings together the Barre Unified Union School District, Central Vermont Career Center, Central Vermont Supervisory Union, Harwood Unified Union School District, Lamoille North Supervisory Union, Lamoille South Supervisory Union, Montpelier Roxbury Supervisory District, Orange Southwest Unified Union School District, Orleans Southwest Supervisory Union, Washington Central Unified Union School District, White River Valley Supervisory Union to better serve students, families, and communities across the region. By sharing programs, services, and expertise, CESAs help make the most of available resources, expand opportunities - especially in areas like career and technical education - and ensure more equitable access to high-quality learning, all while maintaining local leadership and decision-making.
